CALED intends to provide an educational and safe event in the following ways:
- Hold several outdoor sessions, tours, and discussion sessions to help you re-connect with your peers.
- Based on weather or changes with the pandemic, we will be prepared to pivot as needed.
- For those of you (sponsors and attendees) that have a credit with us, we will reach out to you on how to apply that to this conference.

For those uninterested in the Wednesday tour options, there will be an on-site CALED Listening Session for members who want to give feedback to CALED staff. No sign-up is needed to attend this session. Check the agenda for more information.

CALED is committed to providing a safe conference environment for all attendees through the following methods:
- Following CDC and local guidelines regarding masking and capacity restrictions
- Holding the conference in a venue that prioritizes safety protocols
- Locating hand sanitizer stations in high-traffic areas
- Providing attendees the option to designate their social distancing comfort level via a sticker on their nametag (e.g. red for keep your distance; yellow for elbow/fist bumps only; green for handshakes/hugs okay)
- Holding several outdoor sessions, tours, and discussion sessions to help attendees re-connect with peers
- Based on weather or changes with the pandemic, prepared to pivot as needed
- Professional staff available to address any attendee concerns

CALED Event Cancellation Policy
CALED is pleased to incur expenses on your behalf to process your registration. If necessary, you may cancel your registration up to seven days before the day of the event (April 30) and your registration fee, less a 15 per cent handling fee, will be credited to a future CALED event of your choice or your CALED membership (to be used within a 12-month period). All cancellations must be sent to CALED in writing in order to be valid. CALED does not provide cash refunds for any reason. Registrants who cancel less than seven days before the day of the event and all no shows are responsible for full payment. You may make a substitution at any time.
